A typical breakfast


I call this BEATS – Bacon, Eggs, Avocado, Tomato & Spinach
















I have been consistently eating:

1 whole egg with 3 egg whites

1 cup of spinach

1 cup of mushrooms.

*All cooked in olive oil

I didn’t eat lentils in the morning all week and enjoyed my breakfasts much better.  The mushrooms add a nice flavor to the plate and I personally like cooked/sautéed spinach so this breakfast has been my go to.  It also didn’t seem to effect my weigh-ins, in fact, this past week I seemed to lose a bit more.  So until I see NO movement on the scale, I will continue with the no lentils in the morning.
